My tribute to DAVID BOWIE

David Robert Jones (8 January 1947 – 10 January 2016), known as David Bowie, was an English singer, songwriter, musician, record producer, painter and actor. He was a figure in popular music for over five decades, and was considered by critics and other musicians as an innovator, particularly for his work in the 1970s.
Bowie's impact was enormous; he changed the nature of rock music. During his career, he sold an estimated 140 million records worldwide. In the UK, he was awarded 9 platinum album certifications, 11 gold and 8 silver, and in the US received 5 platinum and 7 gold certifications.

I've chosen this song for you, I hope you like it! (it's full of verbs in the past, sorry!) It is in the Album with the same name (THE MAN WHO SOLD THE WORLD, 1973) and it is considered a heavy metal, hard rock album.
The song has been covered by a number of other artists, notably by Lulu, who had a UK No. 3 hit with her version in 1974, and Nirvana in 1993. MORE ABOUT DAVID BOWIE
