LEONARD COHEN & FEDERICO GARCÍA LORCA

Last week Leonard Cohen passed away. He was a poet and a singer. He was awarded the Arts Prince of Asturias award. You don't probably know him but he is a famous singer all over the world and has many well-known songs. This one in the video below was inspired by a poem by F. G. Lorca as L. Cohen admired the Spanish poet very much. After singing the song, you can compare the lyrics with the poem. We'll also watch and listen his speech at The Arts Prince of Asturias award ceremony.
