Charles Dickens is one of the most famous English writers all over the world.
Today is February, 7th, the day when he was born. That is why today we celebrate his 200th birthday.

yes I learned some things but I don't like one part.If I remember correctly he started working when he was 12 years old.He was very young.Was it normal at that time?

Hi Ale. Yes it was not strange at that time. Children worked in factories in very bad conditions, like Dickens had to. You are lucky today in Spain, you can't work so young, but in many countries they still do it!!!
